Project Description
The FarmInput project involved designing and developing a web-based platform to help farmers track agricultural input costs, access price insights, and collaborate through group buying. The goal was to improve purchasing decisions, increase price transparency, and reduce overall input costs through collective bargaining.
Key Responsibilities
- Defined the product vision, scope, and core features based on user and market research
- Conducted user research to identify key challenges and determine what features to include or exclude
- Created detailed user flows, which guided product designers in developing intuitive and user-friendly designs
- Reviewed and validated design outputs to ensure alignment with product goals and user needs
- Wrote epics and user stories to provide clear direction for development and reduce ambiguity
- Collaborated closely with frontend and backend developers to ensure accurate feature implementation
- Worked with technical writers to ensure proper product documentation
- Monitored team progress and ensured alignment across all stages of development
- Acted as the central point of communication between all cross-functional team member
